Strategically redesigned a legacy sustainability platform into a high-fidelity B2B SaaS experience, focusing on visual modernization and enhanced data legibility.

Overview dashboard: electricity, water, natural gas and fuel KPI cards with month-on-month change, above four consumption charts.

Systematized a modular information hierarchy that translates complex resource consumption data into intuitive visualizations, featuring responsive widget grids and detailed drill-down panels.

Conceptualized an integrated IoT lighting control interface and a gamified reward system to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Solar (GES) drill-down panel: production, consumption and coverage KPIs, filters, a daily chart and a data table.
Smart desk-lighting control: desk number, brightness presets from off to 100%, and a bulb preview at 50%.
